Returns

  • Taiwan customers are eligible for a 7-day return period. Currently, we do not offer return services for international customers. Please refer to our Returns page for more details.
  • For hygiene concerns, intimate apparels are non-returnable. Whether an item is considered intimate clothing will be indicated in the "Shipping & Returns" on the product page.
  • Return request is available within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding intimate apparels).
  • The returned product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels. Any necessary expenses incurred, such as refurbishment costs, will be deducted from your refund.
  • We accept returns only and does not offer exchanges. Partial returns are allowed.
  • If the refunded amount does not meet the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be duducted from the refund. If the refunded amount does not meet the promotional threshold any related gifts must be returned in new condition.

STEP 1. Upon receiving your package, please check if the items, colors, and sizes are right. To protect both parties' interests, please record a complete unboxing video when unboxing the package.

STEP 2. Within the 7-day appreciation period (starts from the day after receiving the package), if you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service email: info@hundrofficial.com . The email should include the following information:

    - Name:
    - Phone Number:
    - Order Number:
    - Product(s)/Quantity for Return:
    - Reason for Return:
    - For defective items, please attach a video.

*Note: Please do not send the package back to our warehouse or office without contacting customer service first. You will be responsible for any associated costs.

STEP 3. Once we have confirmed that the returned items meet the return policy requirements, we will proceed with the return and refund process.

You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay.

Once we receive and verify the returned items, the refund process will be completed within 7-14 business days (excluding holidays).

Please note that the actual refund timeline to your credit card may vary depending on your bank.

  • Exceeded the 7-day appreciation period.
  • Intimate apparel and similar items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products with artificial defects such as makeup stains.
  • Signs of use, such as stains, odors, etc.
  • Tags are removed.
  • Altered products, such as embroidery, cutting, printing, etc., deviating from the original condition.
  • Not all items included in the return request were returned.
  • Promotional gifts are not returned when the return does not meet the promotional threshold.
  • Shipping address is outside Taiwan.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen representation. Actual color is based on the physical product.
  • Product dimensions are manually measured and may have a margin of error.

*Please note that if you unreasonably or maliciously fail to collect a package for the second time or more, we reserve the right to suspend your account and list you as a blacklisted trader. Please be mindful of your own interests.
