Skin-friendly and Odor-Resistant Material
In a hot summer day, we are all looking for clothes that make us feel not only comfortable but also confident. The choice of materials for everyday wear is crucial in this regard. A cloth that prevents a bacterial growth and therefore makes it odor-resistant is what meets our needs. While the industry is in the process searching for a better solution to replace chemical treatment, Victect® emerges as a game-changer, offering not just a solution to odor control, but also redefining our expectation for daily fashion.
The technology applied to fabricate such an ideal material is Air-Coating, often seen in semiconductor manufacturing, which add to the yarn a protective metal coat without generating any chemical wastewater. Unlike typical functional yarns that might compromise comfort, the amount of metal molecules attached to the fibers is so small that a garment made of such a fabric is still light and skin-friendly. Moreover, Victect® can be blended with natural fibers, such as Tencel™ , cotton and wool to achieve a soft cotton-like touch while offering advanced odor resistant feature.
